A little more sewing

I came up with this idea after seeing someones singlet dress.

Thought i would try a similar idea with a tshirt.

I thought it would come out too long or look to old fashioned!

Turned out great. The skirt starts at just below her hips and falls to just below her knees.

I have made another for DD1 and one for DD2 - but one is in the wash and DD2 is asleep and it is in with her!!

Have also made another twirly skirt for DD. I tried with this one to make the bottom ruffle/layer really gahered. I think i nearly doubled the measurements of the above layer!!
