DD2 Summer sleeping bag
DD2 is such a bugger. The weather is getting hotter here and at night it is still hot. We are having days of 35-40c heat, and nights of 25ishc
DD2 WILL NOT sleep without a sleeping bag. I have tried and tried and she will play for hours or cry for hours. Hmm, so i thought i would make an extremely thin sleeping bag.
It is made from a thin cotton. It is only one thickness thick. No padding or anything. So it is essentially a sheet!
First time i have really done bias binding. Was OK i guess. Still got to work out a way to finish it above the zip!

That's a great idea! My DS2 won't sleep without a bag either & ends up so hot.
Your sleeping bag looks great. I hope it gives your DD a good night's sleep.
Great sleeping bag, I thought I was going to have to make one for Jai as well, but it suddenly started sleeping under his blankets!!! With the one I made him earlier in the year, I made a tab of material that snapped onto the other side of the zip so that it was covered and didn't irritate HTH.
