Potato scrolls......mmmm

I got this recipe from a post on EB by jackiw. It sounded interesting, so i thought that i would try it.

1 pkt DEB with onion instant potato

200gm bacon pieces

200gm grated cheese.

2 pieces of puff pastry

Make DEB acording to packet.

Add bacon and cheese.

Spread half onto each of the puff pastry sheets.

Roll them up.

Cut into rounds.

Place onto a greased tray.

Cook 200c until golden.
