Yet another dress for DD1 (or DD2 if it is too tight!!)

I was going through DD1's wardrobe and noticed she had a dress that was too short. It was a simple one piece front and back with a zip.

So i traced a pattern of it and this is what i got in 1 hour and 20 minutes from drawing pattern to the end.

I was a little lazy and couldnt be bothered doing binding on all the edges, so i did a tiny tiny tiny hem thingy all around the neckline and arms. Doesnt look too bad.

There is no lining to this at all. A single layer dress.

Pretty happy with it. I hope it fits. SHould do. It is a little wider than the one she had!

The top pic is one that is a close up of the pattern. I thought it was a nice pattern being small. SOme small patterns are too busy. This was nice.
